Feelin' Feisty::

 Black Peplum + Leopard Jeans

This is probably by far the best outfit I have posted.  I finally pulled

this top out...don't know what took me so long.  My sister came home

with these jeans the other day from Forever 21 and I of course had to

borrow them.  There is something that happens when you put on anything

leopard print.  You feel that extra bit of confidence and fierceness!  Or is that

just me?  I took a risk and paired it with these white pumps.  Might be a little

80's but I love it I feel like it just gives it that unexpected factor.  This outfit is a bit 

of rock glam, but still classy!  Hope you like it.

I love men's fashion and to be honest there are times when I wish I was a guy.

Okay maybe I won't go that far I love being a girl, but there 
is just something about a man with style! 

And Ladies don't fret if your man has no sense in style that can easily change.

I have decided to mix things up a little on my blog.  Monday's will now be 

dedicated to men's fashion.  Soon I will incorporate real live looks.  I don't 

want to limit myself to just woman's fashion as a stylist.  I  want to continue to 

grow and challenge myself  as a stylist.

Movie Time

Well yesterday was the last day of summer, but here in San Diego it's still

pretty HOT!  To try and stay cool my sister and I went down to Coronado Beach to

try and catch a movie.  I always thought that if I lived by the beach I would always

be at it, but to be honest I can't wait for cool weather.  Do you ever buy stuff and

forget about it?  I hate to admit, but that happens to me a lot... shopaholic?  

Maybe just a little bit.  I found this top the other day when I was cleaning.  

Can you believe that it was still in the bag? 

I completely forgot about it, but so glad that I found it!  I am so into geometric 

prints!  This skirt is a little longer than what I normally wear because I'm short.

The fabric is so lightweight and flowy that it is perfect for those warm days.

Black and white it's classic it's timeless and it was all over the runways. 
 Whenever I put black and white together I feel so chic.
I am normally a color girl, but I am looking forward to mix and match my 
wardrobe with these two.  I also like all the graphic prints that are coming out.  
I feel like it gives it that edgy vibe, very modern look.  You can't 
go wrong with mixing these two together.  These are some of the items I'm 
lusting over.  I hope to order the little bootie from shoemint aren't they cute?

As much as I love dressing up and being girlie I do have those moments

where my tomboy side comes out.  I like to mix pieces that are unexpected 

together.  I've had this vest forever and have hardly wore it.  I finally pulled it 

out and mixed it up with this "bow" type blouse to give it a softer look.  

I was going to school tonight so I wanted to be comfortable.  I love these sneaker wedge heels 

(yes there's a built in heel) they are super comfy and super cute!

So this post is so so late!  The following day I had a wedding that I was in

so I was pretty busy.  This was my first time experiencing it

in San Diego I must say I was really impressed!  Last year we had a huge

blackout so it was cancelled.   Though the mall was also having a fashion

show I decided to check out the special event at Neiman Marcus. 

I wish I would have taken more pictures, but they had cool little stations.

Such as a cupcake stand where you could put all the fun toppings on your 

goodies.  Also I got my nails done which was cool because I needed a manicure 

really bad.  They had two fashion shows displaying upcoming trends.  Saw

a lot of really cute things!  I also like that they had fun artsy stuff going on.  

They had this cool photo booth where you took pictures 

and I got this really cool flip book. 

There are still pictures from the show that I didn't get to put

up yet, but I will post soon.  If you did something fun I want to hear about.  

One last thought let us not forget on this September 11 

to take a moment and be thankful for all of our freedoms!

Can you tell I have a slight obsession with neon pink! 

I really like this skirt, but I was a little hesitant to wear it

it's a little tight!  However, I'll let you in on a little "secret." 

When you have something tighter on either the top or 

bottom try and keep it balanced.  I paired it with this loose top 

that is a bit longer so it kind of covers my insecure areas.

Let's be honest we all have them.  I also like the way grey looks

with pink slowly coming out of summer.  But seriously

isn't the print cute...I like elephants.

Happy Labor Day!! Hope you all had a fun day with family & friends.

I just kind of laid low today and pretty much did a whole lot of nothing!

Sometimes you need those days, but tomorrow back to business.  

Well as you can see from this outfit, it's pretty bright!  I love fun 

bright colors and like to mix color combinations.  I have 

been stuck in a rut these past couple of weeks and to brighten

up my mode I chose something FUN!  I don't know about you

but that usually works for me.  When I get dressed up it always 

lifts my spirit!  Well I have decided that I am not going to moop 

around anymore. This week will be a good one!  Time to get my focus

hat back on!  Life can be discouraging at times, but I'll leave you with

this quote: 

"Dare to live the life you have dreamed for yourself.  

Go forward and make your dreams come true."

Never give up on your dreams.  Those desires is your heart are 

there for a reason.  Keep believing in yourself even if no one else does
